Welcome
Welcome
We are experiencing a historic moment of change in which the cultural and economic model is shaking. The pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus (during the year 2020) has kept a large percentage of the world population confined for an extended period of time. This period has constituted a pause that has confronted us with not always having control over what happens around us and in some cases, not even what happens within us. For many, they have been months of loneliness interrupted only by the interaction that electronic media allow; for many others, of arduous forced coexistence with the people with whom they share their homes.
In all cases, this situation has required an adjustment to our daily routine and has also required us to be able to cope with uncertainty, since none of us know for sure what the world will be like once we are away. This uncertainty frequently produces anxiety and fear, emotions that, if we do not know how to process, can paralyze us or even make us react defensively or violently against our environment.
Perhaps we are unable to plan concrete actions regarding how we are going to face this new world that awaits us, however, what we can do is work in the consciousness of our being to be able to respond to any situation, however complicated it may be, in the best way.
Be aware of the importance of maintaining optimal functioning of our body through the practice of adequate physical activity and healthy eating; value the importance of self-knowledge, learning to observe and analyze our thoughts and the way in which they affect our coexistence, but above all understand that we are interconnected with everything around us and that our decisions and actions directly or indirectly affect what it happens around us. To the extent that we are able to cultivate these strengths, we will also be able to contribute to making the new world that awaits us more livable for all.
At Nahua Yoga we want to create a community in which we can share experiences that allow us to progress together on this path..
Welcome!

Bravo! Lily. Excellent message; I send you a hug
Thank you for reading. Returned hugs
Beautiful project, I congratulate you, I want to be a participant in it to learn and improve in my day to day. Thanks and a hug
Lupita, we would love to have you with us, in the courses section you will be able to know the offer of activities that we have.
I read you and I completely agree with you Li. Personally, this pause seems the perfect moment to make these adjustments to which you invite us in your beautiful message.
Thanks for continuing to share.
Thanks to you Val, we invite you to participate in the activities we are organizing.
We totally agree that we are facing a situation unknown to us and that it also revealed to us that we are not in control of everything as we might come to believe.
Personally, confinement led me to realize that the last thing I wanted was to be alone with myself.
I find it very interesting to emphasize introspection because we have been filled with so many external stimuli and occupations that we fail to see what is really important: What is inside me?
If we remove the external, even our family; What's left? Empty? ...
We have to fill that gap and from there we can contribute something to the world, just maybe starting with our family and from there outwards.
Great article. This situation has made us live with ourselves, and many people have been running away from this for a long time. Excellent way to present the topic.
Thank you very much for your comments, we invite you to continue participating with us.
It is true that what fills us most with anxiety is not having control of what is to come, and in many cases realizing the family communication problem.
You are right Caro, sometimes it is complicated, we invite you to participate in the activities we are organizing in which we will share experiences so that together we can make this situation more bearable.
So is. There are things that we can have control over. Many times it is in small things and actions that can make a big difference in our day to day.
Itzela, in complete agreement, are those little details that, many times in our day-to-day life we don't pay attention to, that make the difference. Fortunately for many of us, right now we have had the opportunity to notice it. Thanks for sharing!
I believe that the situation in which the entire world is involved, full of changes that, as you very well comment, produce uncertainty and great fear is a great opportunity to internalize and discover that we are capable of reinventing ourselves and conducting ourselves with greater awareness and knowledge.
I was drawn to "nahuayoga" I think it is a perfect fusion of spirituality and knowledge.
I congratulate you and I wish to share with the Nahuayoga community a path to improvement and success.
Many many beautiful blessings
Martha many blessings back, a great pleasure to know that we are counting on you on this journey that we are beginning.
An extraordinary approach that allows me to think and relax in these moments that sometimes suffocate me. Excellent work teacher. Thank you very much for sharing your vision
Professor, thank you for your comments and for your “Silent Knowledge”. We invite you to participate in our activities.

Trini, thank you very much for sharing; perhaps what remains is just what we have in common and perhaps the most important thing in us, only as you well mention, among so many stimuli our perception is being lost, fortunately now we have the time and the disposition to get back in touch . Hugs
I love it, Lila! I think that these months of confinement have put our feet on the ground, and have given us the possibility of looking at ourselves, that lost in daily life we sometimes disappear. We have generated some strengths in an unconscious way, as an immediate response to the unknown and to tell the truth I liked that a lot, as without thinking so much and being more sensitive we find the rhythm and our pace.
Thanks for the reflection my friend
Exact! I have remembered a lot about those times when we disconnected on the little trips; at first, accelerated and after a few days, enjoying everything that we normally did not see and no longer in a hurry. Thank you for reading! Clamps
Wonderful and certain words Li! The only certainty that we can have at this moment, more than ever, is the impermanence and vulnerability of everything. It is a great time of learning in every way.
Congratulations on the project, count on me in what I can contribute.
Thanks Lore, welcome!
I loved the message Lily !!
Zaz! One day we woke up and were told that the COVID bug was out there, lurking.
Life has changed us all and it is likely that many of us will not be the same once the pandemic finally passes. Perhaps we are more capable of appreciating everything that surrounds us and being better people.
In my case, the prolonged confinement allowed me to see myself as I am, what I need, where I want to go on this path of life and how I can share what I feel.
Now I have it clearer, we are social beings and we need others to be able to spread our wings together and fly high.
Thanks for the space and I am willing to collaborate, you tell me.
So, a virtual hug with lots of love
